Our Practice
We have been assisting families in Qualicum Beach since 1983. As a full-service firm, we develop long-term relationships with our clients and assist them with all of their legal matters throughout their lives. As we know about their families, homes, and businesses, we can better advise on what may affect the legal matter at hand.

We genuinely care about our clients, and about our role in the community. We are guided by an ethical approach, offering our clients the most effective and efficient route to get their desired result.

Our History
While the firm’s name has changed, we are the same lawyers practicing out of the same office and representing the same clients as we have always done.

In 1983 Ken Walker purchased the firm from W.N. Poole. Ken established his firm before partnering with Jack Wilson to create Walker Wilson. When Jennifer Hubbard became a partner the name was changed to Walker Hubbard. In 2021 the firm’s name changed to All Points Law.

Although the firm’s name has changed, we still uphold the same high standards of efficiency, knowledgeability, and compassion that you have come to expect from our office.
